Brock Schulte has helped develop Cocktail programs in Kansas City since 2009, including M&S Grlll, and the re-opening of Manifesto. In 2012 he was instrumental in developing and rebranding The Drum Room and Providence New American Kitchen in downtown KC’s President Hilton Hotel. There he retrained staff to high volume and craft cocktails and instituted one of KC’s first bottled cocktail and barrel aging programs. Most recently he led as Head Bartender at The Rieger Hotel Grill & Exchange for the past two years. He has placed as Regional Finalist in the 2015 Diageo World Class Competition and Bacardi Legacy. Placed Third in the Paris of the Plains National Bartending Competition 2014 before winning PoPFest in 2016. Bombay Sapphire’s Most Inspired Bartender Competition National Finalist 2010 and 2014 and 2016, 2nd in Smalls Gin Competition 2013, and The Pitch Magazine’s Voters Choice Top 5 Best Bar and Best Bartender 2013.
