CARLOS GALLARDO

Ecuadorian chef with studies in France, Argentina and the US. He is the CEO of TASTE ECUADOR, an international program that promotes Ecuadorian products with traditional Ecuadorian cuisine and international vanguard cuisine. Previously he acted as dean at Universidad De Las Américas (UDLA) in Quito, for 15 years. He counts with a long experience in the private and scholar sectors. His objective is simple: Let the world know that Ecuadorian products are the best in the world.
