Bryan Arri

Bryan Arri is the owner of Fern Bar, a sugarcane and agave focused program set to open in 2021. He counts eight years in the hospitality industry, and has spent the last three years consecutively on the staff of James Beard Award Semifinalist cocktail bars in Kansas City, Missouri. During this time, he also attended and completed the acclaimed BAR 5-Day program in New York City, heralded as the world’s most comprehensive distilled spirits and mixology program. In 2019, readers of The Pitch voted Bryan the “Best Bartender” in Kansas City.
