I spent my teenage years in Mexico and then moved to Kansas. Perusing a culinary career I graduated from the ACF apprenticeship program at JCCC and have worked in country clubs for most of my career. I’m originally from Cuernavaca, Morelos and have been the executive chef at the Carriage Club for almost three years. Even though we get to do a variety of cuisines at the club in between our ala cart service and banquets Mexican food is my comfort food!. I’m happy to be a part of an event like this.
